Following the Publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the 17th of March, the European Union has accepted the Ukraine again for poultry products with effect date of 20th March 2021. This means that Jan Zandbergen Group can and will recommence importing Ukrainian poultry meat. We expect to be on full speed at the beginning of April.
Our chicken products will be fully available chilled and frozen for the EU market. For the UK market frozen products will become accessible.
The Ukrainian range of products we offer exists of MAP-tray chilled, frozen block packed and IQF packed chicken breast fillets and inner fillets. Also frozen grillers are available. New in our Ukrainian assortment are pre-cooked convenience products.

Our partner in Ukraine has one of the most modern production facility in Europe. Naturally, the company is EU certified. In addition, it also achieved BRC, A grade certification. To ensure quality the company, controls the entire supply chain. It controls the growing of corn and raising of poultry, and it features its own slaughterhouses and modern facilities for further processing of the chicken products.
